Free shipping on all orders over €150. All orders are shipped with tracking and require a signature upon delivery.
Sustainable Packaging
Every DISI piece arrives in our signature reusable silk pouch, wrapped in recycled tissue paper. We believe the unboxing experience should be as beautiful and mindful as the garment itself.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Exchanges are available for a different size of the same item, subject to availability. We'll cover the shipping cost for exchanges within the EU.
How to Return

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return label within 24 hours.

Pack the item carefully in its original packaging and attach the return label. Drop it off at your nearest post office.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please Note
Sleep masks, scrunchies, and other accessories are final sale for hygiene reasons. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately — we'll make it right.
