These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and DISI ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the actual item.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We will confirm your order via email. A binding contract is formed only when we send the order confirmation.

Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing.

We accept payments via major credit and debit cards through our secure payment provider, Checkout.com. All transactions are processed in EUR. Payment is collected at the time of order placement.

By providing your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method. All payment data is handled securely by Checkout.com in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

We ship to most countries worldwide. Estimated delivery times are: EU 3–5 business days, UK 5–7 business days, US & Canada 7–12 business days, and rest of world 10–15 business days. All orders include tracking information.

Free shipping is available on orders over €150. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays. DISI is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or shipping carriers.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Accessories (silk sleep masks, etc.) are final sale for hygiene reasons and cannot be returned.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs, and product photographs — is the intellectual property of DISI and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

The DISI brand name, logo, and "Divine Silk" tagline are registered trademarks. Any use of our intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

DISI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection legislation, including your right to a refund for defective products.
